POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for business-to-business marketing and sales to MC Design’s target markets. This role focuses on expanding market share and securing new business through strategic engagement, lead generation, and relationship management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of business-to-business marketing and sales experience in the engineering sector.
• Proven success in business development, sales growth, and client relationship management.
